Do you remember, Sammy, my friend Terri's lion-looking cat?? It's not looking good around here for Sammy. Terri felt that asking Walter about the cat after he had a few beers at the party Saturday would help her get Walter to agree to have Sammy move in with us, but the answer was pretty much "no." The actual answer had to do with teaching Sammy to swim in the river, but it's best to just say it was "no!"

I had a good day at work today. I met with several of my kids and several others were absent. I had group supervision after work and that went well, as usual. Afterwards, my friend, Christine & I went to dinner at Chili's. I had to go to Target after dinner, while I was all the way in Baton Rouge anyway, and didn't get home until 8pm.

Here is a new picture of my cute little niece, Daphne, and my sister-in-law. I'm pretty sure I'm not supposed to post pictures of Daphne on the internet, but if you don't tell my brother, then he'll never know!!

Questions & Comments:
Renie asked if we skipped "low-carb" for the day of Walter's party. Unfortunately, we've been skiping low-carb for a couple of weeks now!!! Our neighbor cooked pasta jambalaya and we had tons of sweets and chips! I need to think about that low-carb diet again pretty soon!
