And to top off this great news...my friend, Lesley, and I made a plan in case Hurricane Ike comes here. We are NOT staying!!! We are GOING!!! So there!!! We are trying to get rooms together in a hotel where Mr. Lesley's (or sometimes we call him Mike's) mother works and we will not be freaked out during another bad storm. More on this LATER...but we have POWER!!!!

I'm glad your power is on. So many things are dependent on it, especially people. This season I have been paying closer attention.
I love Texas Roadhouse!! We have one 40 minutes away and meander down on occasion. I could go just for the rolls and butter. I always have to ask for more butter. Bread is one of my weaknesses. Only, I prefer to sit where it is harder for the dancers to be at my table.
I would have been out of there the minute I heard gossip that one might come. But that is the me that doesn't live there so she hasn't been through one.
Hope it doesn't take to long to feel normal again.

I hope DINNER was GOOD! OK on to IKE....IF IKE comes YOUR way SO DOES MY HUSBAND...YEPPERS last night he informed me that they are on ALERT and waiting to hear if they will be ON their way THERE!!!!
