We had a great time in Waveland today for Memorial Day with Walter's family. It is nice to see things being rebuilt and people living in Waveland again. I'm still sad about the beautiful homes on the Beach Road that are completely gone and replaced by FEMA trailers or cottages. If you look in the background of the first picture below, you can see the broken trees and empty spaces where these beautiful homes used to be. Landen went with us today and we had a great time visiting with everyone and also playing on the beach.

Waveland looks like an awesome getaway place! Sure wish I lived closer. Looks like everyone had a great time. Love the pictures of Landen.
