The Countdown is ON!!!

So, there are 6 more work days until my summer vacation and I am SOOOO excited! I have my vacations lined up and now need to make plans to have lunch with some of my friends & stuff like that. I also want to spend a day each week painting & things like that around the house, so we'll see how that goes.

We had our meeting at work today and did not find out our school assignments for next year and it looks like we probably wont know until next year starts. Oh well! I really am curious and like to plan ahead, but I can go with the flow too. It's possible that there may be job openings in my office too and I gave my boss some names to consider if that happens. That would be so awesome to have certain friends working with our team.

Tonight was good!! I didn't get to work out last night because the last of the kittens were moving on to their new homes and I had promised to get something together for a friend, so I ate good all day, but didn't work out. Tonight, not only did I only eat 1/2 my dinner at steak night, which was SOOOO good, but Walter & I went and worked out! That never happens! I'm really hopeful to have lost another pound when I weigh in the morning. So far, i'm stuck at 4 lbs. since my bad weekend!

I'm going to LSU's graduation tomorrow and then to dinner with my friend, Christine, then on to Cathy's party. She's already emailed me to let me know that the "friend" will be there, but I hope she'll just ignore me or she might hear an earful from me! I'm excited to see my friends graduate and it will be cool to see the ceremony from the outside this time. I can't believe it's been a year since my graduation AND a year already at my job.

I will also get to see my friend, Kelley, next week before she moves to Chicago. We were both officers in our school's social work student association and got really close. We will visit with our friend, Jan, that we met at our internship at Woman's Hospital, who is pregnant with twin girls and is on bed rest!

Ok, well i'm just rambling, as usual!!
