100th post!!

This is my 100th post!! Yay!! When I first decided to start a blog, I really wasn't sure I'd like doing it or would write anything that anyone would want to read. Once I started, I met some new friends and realized what a great outlet blogging is just to talk and ramble aimlessly when I want to!! I talk entirely too much most of the time, and I'm sure my blog spares Walter some of having to listen to me too!! Most of all, I feel connected to my real life friends who are bloggers as well as my new friends that I have met and continue to meet.

Work was good today, although I really didn't do too much. I worked my schedule out for next week (as much as I could) and got my folders organized for my kids. We are doing "Why Try" groups, which teach social skills, help with motivation, etc. and after co-leading a couple with my co-worker, I will attempt to do some with some kids at my schools on my own. I am excited to try it! Next week I will be at my schools all day, so things will get moving. I will try to meet with all my current students and will start getting new ones pretty soon.

My friend, Lesley, was having problems with her blog for the last week, so I went by her house today to see if I could help. I think Blogger is just acting up a little lately, but realized that if Lesley was just PATIENT, the pictures would eventually load!!! It was really a convenient excuse to go by and visit!!! I loved seeing Lane, her son, who has GROWN like crazy since I saw him last!!!

I picked up frozen daiquiris for Walter & I on my way home, so we are just having a quiet night at home, doing nothing! This seemed like a REALLY long week, I guess since it's my first full week of work since May! Whew! Have a nice Friday night!!
